Mr. Burrows: Perhaps sir rather than bashing me for trying to keep things going on this thread, you should expend your energy trying to find out more about the new president and who the directors are, and anything else that may assist us shareholders in determining our future with this company, instead of asking someone else to do you bidding.. If you are fed up with the company, then sell your shares (if you can) and move on . Joe

James, I have had the chance to correspond with Mr. Crosby by e-mail over the last few days. I asked him to give me an indication of Venga's future as it pertained to me as a shareholder. In addition to this, I asked for a timeline. He outlined for me an 18 month plan that is progressing in 3 phases: 1. Assessment phase - Here there will is a financial audit taking place that will determine all the requirements to bring the company into good standing. 2. Stabilization phase - Here, Crosby will stabilize the company with all the regulatory bodies and at the same time begin the engineering required to complete the aircraft. 3. Completion phase - Completion of the aircraft attempting to outsource some of the work to reduce costs and risks. I am thankful for the prompt response, but James, my eyes and ears are open. What are your thoughts?
