Something is holding this stock within a fairly narrow traiding range. However, there is nothing to move it in either direction.

All we have to go on is their strategy moving forward and their existing experience. I wonder how much money they made on Barney and if the'll get royalties for future dolls/software.

I recently bought some more, hoping the long wait for news will finally end and we can all start making some money.

Hey, Scott..do great minds think alike or what? Anyway, followed SEVL for a bit and started to accumulate for a speculative pop. Reason: one of the conditions of the merger is a private placement of common for 15 million. Generally, that depresses the market price because those issues are usually priced at a discount to the market so a situation is set up where a lower stock price facilitates the deal. Once, and if, completed....we should see a move upward and we have the opportunity to get warrants for 10% of new company if it exceeds a certain market valuation.

I'm interested in your thoughts on the technical merits of Pulse's tools and studio 7's stuff.

You are mistaken - they DO NOT delist stocks for trading under $1.00.
Just buy a newspaper and browse the business section - there are plenty of under $1.00 stocks even on NYSE (New York Stock Exchange)

Good trading,

Val

p.s. you can always buy MSFT.
