Paul, something that seems to be commomly misunderstood...Marengi was Novell's president, not CEO. Mr Young held the CEO title. And Wallace, it wasn't just the stock that went south, it was revenues and the company in general. That's the nature of the lawsuits if I understand correctly. The company misrepresented their sales for sometime, luring unsuspecting investors. It was a crucial point in time and Novell didn't just blow it, they didn't seem to even try. sf
