Formula1, and all others who may be interested.

You wrote "Unfortunately we as shareholders have no control over the pace of the decision making process ."

I have no intention of engaging in a drawn out argument about your statement. But I do want to emphatically disagree with the premise of it. To the contrary, I believe that it would be unfortunate indeed if some of the shareholders did have control over the pace of the decision making process!

It ain't brain surgery! If one is only opening a lemonade stand, it is not in the best interest of financial success to have a partner push the process and force an opening before the essentials are in place. This is especially so if a competitor is located just across the street.

It is most likely that those who are crying and moaning loudest about lack of news, nasdaq listing, no sales, etc, etc, ad nauseam, are or were looking for a short term pop so they could flip for a quick profit. That's fine if you can do it. But I fail to see any logic which says that FTEL, Frank Peters, or others at WLV should be held accountable if you (or whom ever) can't.

No personal flame intended in this post! It is just that the primary purpose of any capitalistic enterprise is to produce a profit. That purpose will be defeated if the entrance into the fierce competition of this business sector is prematurely done (whether by prodding coming from shareholders or simply from inept management).

FWIW, I am long FTEL, have no intent to sell at these prices, may buy a few more for a Roth IRA account (currently have 1000 sh in it). I have more FTEL in a regular broker account and am currently down about $0.91 per share. One should be able to see from this that I am no flipper (or a very poor one).

I have benefited tremendously from the exchange of information that has been done on this thread in the past! I therefore feel a sense of obligation to give something back when I can. I am not able to discuss the technical aspects of FTEL, nor am I able to analyze the financial reports. But I believe the analogy of the lemonade stand is applicable and therefore I offer it in an effort to balance the thread if possible. I continue to believe that FTEL is a good investment for me and I am convinced that there is a far greater reason to hold than to sell!
Do your own DD! All the above is JMHO.

With best regards and hopes that we shall all prosper in due time.
