Who's biased? It's pretty clear that the Hunter family and other insiders dined pretty richly at the pre-IPO and IPO troughs. It also illuminates the makeup of the board as a bunch of insiders, if not outright family members. This revelation doesn't give me much faith that future dealings will be any more fair to shareholders than the past.
Believe it or not, many IPOs don't halve in value. I think this article shows a good reason why purchasers of this IPO are sucking serious wind.
Hopefully, at some point this company will be run as seriously as Cree, but it may see $5 before it sees $15 again.

David; I agree, the tone of the article was negative. There was nothing new of substance in the article, all the information had been previously reported or a matter of record. I'm very optimistic. If this stock performs anywhere near where it appears it could then the Hunters deserve the windfall they made. This is about the rewards of capitalism. When you come up with a better mousetrap you deserve some benefits of your cleverness and industry. God bless the Hunter boys, and may they make us all rich!
