Teegir, Have you been following the 2-way MMDS proceeding? Are you aware of the NPRM released last October? Have you reviewed any of the comments and/or reply comments (on the NPRM) filed this past January and February? Are you aware that the FCC will be releasing a Report and Order on 2-way MMDS/ITFS sometime within the next 4 months? Do you have any real knowledge of what you are talking about? The current results of the LMDS auction have absolutely nothing to do with the 2-way MMDS proceeding. With just over 1/2 billion net, the LMDS auction has been a disappointment only to The Strategies Group and others who had been hyping LMDS technology for the past years. To my knowledge, the FCC never has publicly forecasted net revenue. The FCC is simply doing its job of conducting the auction. Please be assured that everyone who regularly follows this thread is well aware of the development and deployment of competing technologies. You say the <MMDS window of opportunity is gone>... Well, I say a new MMDS window of opportunity is about to open.
