I found it to be interesting, but I can't quite figure out what their target market is. Boca looks to be implementing the client in a set top box for TV, but to what end? Winframe is a thin client used to access Windoze applications running an an NT server. Basically, it lets you have access to Windows apps and the Windows 95 interface from Win 3.1x, Mac, and Unix terminals. Hugely popular in the corporate world, but I have to question how much demand there is for that on a TV.

BTW, 3Com is a major host for Citrix Winframe remote access servers, mostly on their Edgeserver platform.

Just signed up to an Insider Trading information service and discovered the following information on Boca.

Since May-97: 7 insider BUY transactions were recorded, no SELLS

Total dollars invested by the insiders was $360,000

Most recent purchase: 2/12/98 10,000 shares purchased by the President @ $4.31

Looks like the folks running the company are betting on an improved future. Some of these purchases were made too early, at $6-$7 last year (just like me!). But I was happy to see NO insider selling.

Hope they are right.

Good luck to all.

Chris ....
