Hi Jim; that is correct as long as you exercise some rights and no one else wants any extra. If all rights are exercised you cannot oversubscribe and will be limited to the rights from shares you own or rights purchased in the market. If there are only a few extra left over then they will be pro-rated the more you exercise the higher percentage of extra you can get.

At this stage it is impossible to tell how the scenario will unfold, I'm not adding to my rights position at the current share prices. I'm going to need to see some buyer interest first.

I still don't understand the delay in the mailing. This circular should have been pre-printed and waiting only for a final mailing list to generate mailing labels. My only theory is that they are trying to force quick decisions and 'Stampede' buyers into quick action.

PS I had a virus here today, likely from SI or Canada Stockwatch.
