Robert,

From my notes on Northwood Recycling and Power Grow from:

05/23/97 News release ...company is involved in negotiations with two experienced and reputable groups in regard to multiple plant financing for North American plants.

06/02/97 News release ..third party financing and put or pay contracts starting at 80% of capacity and escalating to 87.5% over a 3 yr period. Northwood and Power are anticipated to act as operators of the facilities... formal agreement expected to be concluded in 60 days.

09/27/97 News release ...with joint venture partner having extensive expertise and experience in waste industry and being able to deliver permitted sites, access to financing and wast supplies...

So prior releases havent stated where the money is coming from only that it is long term financing...Projects will be 100% debt financed. Plant openings were originally expected in August, don't know if that is still on schedule but I wouldn't think so.
