A 25% growth in PC unit demand over the next few years? Sounds good for BG and MSFT. But, don't forget ASP declines 15% a year. The unit growth can't compensate for the rapid falling price because most of the unit growth results from entry-level PCs. Can't you see the total PC box-making industry is going to be flat at best? The only beneficiary from PC unit growth is, as mentioned above, MSFT. Killer apps are badly needed to stimulate high-end PC growth.
