I have tried to protect the innocent shareholders!! The ones that have listened to us are better off for it! If you have not seen anything at all today that would make you reconsider your position, you should either:

1. Stop investing
2. Book a trip to Vegas

As of today...I would go long too.

There is bound to be some sort of dead-cat bounce eventually....and of course with the added effect of those averaging down....going long in the next week or two has gotta make a guy a whack-o-dough.

Exactly! If some are short, that's fine with me. Shorted stocks myself. But this in your face attitude! No wonder these, alleged, shorters are treated sooooo badly.

Now if we can just get that SCJ decision! End this one way (I'm looooong!) or the other.

Patrick, well said.

Sure has been a fun day for us longs eh? :-)

There are too many posts for me to review but from the sampling I have read, it is clear that the shorts are having a field day. I guess I can't blame them. However (and at the risk of being accused of sour grapes) I would like to say that I'm sure we longs would have shown a little more class had the situation been reversed.

Personally I agree completely with what Patrick said (and he said it much better than I ever could). Nothing's really changed -- just more BS from Acosta/Asensio. The bottom line is we are still waiting for the ruling and that will be the final arbiter of KRY's price. What transpires in the meantime is not worth worrying about. This morning, Acosta's 'news' was presented to me in the context that we had actually lost the ruling. Imagine my relief when I finally read the Reuters report!

And Patrick, as to our management not doing anything for us, I have it on good authority that they are all meeting with the press tonight in order to set the record straight. Acosta does NOT speak for Venezuela and he has a clear agenda. Even Bloomberg did not report on his speech -- they approached Crystallex because they were suspicious of what he said. In fact, as far as I know, they still haven't reported on Acosta's speech. In any case, I look forward to tomorrow's news.

Sleep well all.

Ciao.
