Lee, maybe I'm missing something here, but if "stochastics" are used to judge "overbought" and "oversold" conditions, which in turn are used as predictors of future price action, doesn't that imply that stochastics have predictive power? -- e.g., doesn't "oversold" imply that the price is expected to move up? The way I view it, it is a restatement of "the law of averages" (which, BTW is complete nonsense also). If you flipped an honest coin and got 5 head in a row, the chances of the sixth flip being a heads is still 50%, because this is a stochastic process.

Re: PSFT. For the years I've watched this stock, its always been too expensive! And it seems to get more expensive every day! About a month ago I bought some more PSFT (and thought it was too expensive!). It's up about 25% since I bought it.

Paul
