TNRG - Cancels 2.5 million shares (25% of float) Wednesday March 18, 4:38 pm Eastern Time Tianrong says it cancels 2.5 mln shrs NEW YORK, March 18 (Reuters) - Tianrong Building Material Holdings Ltd Wednesday said it canceled 2.5 million shares of its previously issued stock, cutting outstanding shares by a tenth and public float by a quarter. The company would not discuss who owned the shares that were taken out of circulation. The stock traded at 0.085 Wednesday afternoon. Tianrong said its goal is to acquire companies in numerous industries and quickly grow value.
