Viper

Your comments are welcome. Your quotation, "PROTECT THE INNOCENT SHAREHOLDERS!", it is nice for you to say this, but I sure investors gives substantial consideration before investing into a specific stock and KRY was no exception.

The brokers, analysts and the new media publishes various progress reports that investor base their investments.

Stock market investing is gambling, and not everyone are winners.

My question to you,is, ARE YOU OUR INVESTMENT SAVOR!!!. I don't think so.

At this point, it is premature until the supreme court finalizes their decision. As to today's announcement, I remain neutral at this point and if the comments made are true then that's unfortunate. Therefore investor may look to other investment to regain any losses.

Your final closing to stop investing or book a trip to Vegas, I feel you comments are not justified. Looking at your profile, I would question your sincerity. Many of us are serious investors and do play a very important part of the investment community.

Life carries on.

I guess you have problems understanding market activity. If you have any experience in the market at all, you would readily admit that volatility is the name of the game with speculative stocks. When COMPAQ Computer drops $10 in a day, do you call that a scam situation? Of course not. Now I know CPQ is not KRY. The point is you have to look at the reason why a stock drops, not just the drop. In the case of CPQ a small earnings disappointment will be severely punished in the marketplace. In the case of KRY, lack of significant information from KRY management opened the door for opportunists. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out that KRY was very ripe for a drop. By the way, ever look at the volume? Of 34,000,000 or so shares outstanding, only 491,603 traded on the TSE and 417,000 on the US side. Not quite impressive.

So what is it that is new today??? Instead of insulting me, why don't you post for all to see, what it is EXACTLY that is NEW today? WHAT has changed. Instead of trying to give me dumb advice, try and post facts for a change.

You are not protecting innocent shareholders, you are abusing them by hiding facts and trying to pass on your fantasies as reality! You should be very ashamed of yourself, in attacking small shareholders as you do.
