I have not heard anything either. BUT throw into the mix that NASDAQ might be merger mainia with AMEX and query what if any effect that will have on these new rules. In any event, it was either supposed to be 90 days from Feb. 23 or 90 days from the date of the notice letter and I don't know if they received one. I am going to call Jim Chapin and see.
