I am surprised at the surprise expressed by some that the stock now rarely reacts to "good" news. If memory serves, TTRIF has a constant supply of new shares coming onto the market every month. Few month back they arranged $24 MM in financing which the company draws down at the rate of $2 MM per month. These debenture are convertible to stock at a nice discount to the market. The holder can either sell short against the block or take the 20% or so discount and sell the stock in the open market, With such a continuous supply of new stock, there should be no surprise seeing the creeping decline of this stock. As a matter of fact, when the stock was around 2-3/8 that is exactly what I suggested would happen with these essentially floorless debentures.
