I have a theory on the cause of stock movement in NCD. :)

Fundies stink. No sales last year, and no sales this year. Oh... Sorry, I should have said FLAT sales. In any case, given the lack of revenue growth at NCD the stock ultimately gravitates to the 8-9 dollar level- fair value. When the hype kicks in (ie; INTC, IBM New products etc.)there's a modest run-up. After hype dies out, it's back to earth usually that 8-9 level(buy the way resistance has been about $12.00). It's actually pretty clear to me.

Double digit revenue growth would change things dramatically. I don't see that happening anytime soon, and neither do they.
