To all,

I spoke with the broker is very successful using nothing, but value line 1 & 2 and PNF. Timeliness is the correct rating. As far as his formula goes, I am going through his notes and checking them with some stocks that he gave me to look at to help understand the formula.
Later in the week, I will throw it up here when I have it right.

Hi Jack,
The sector reversed down and that could be the reason for the weakness. 43 would violate the January lows and this would be a real negative sign. 38 violates the trend line.
