Thanks James. Yeah, DEC would tank if the deal were called off. I really meant to say the deal means less dollars to DEC holders because of the beating in CPQ's stock. Of course, it could mean even less dollars(for DEC shareholders) if the deal was off.. I hope CPQ starts getting the long end of the stick soon, pretty bad when we get those rare days when we are up an 1/8, then down for the next 10 days or so.... Then up another 1/8th... John <ggg>
