Fore Downgrades Gigabit Ethernet, Bats for ATM Yeah Right! ATM and all of the emulations that go with it are so much easier to configure and keep working than ethernet! <ggg> Why make continuing investments in an evolving ethernet, when you can spend the same amount right up front, and be stuck with a 4 year old coomputer system in 4 years, instead of the latest and greatest, fastest, geewhiz, bang! state-of-the-art system 4 years down the road. They both cost the same in today's dollars. Jack
