Dean, all BANY....

I own under 100,000 shares of BANY stock.

I started buying it several months ago at around 40 cents and have just kept buying......as I was doing my DD.

The dollar amount of my investment is really not that great.....as this is a 30 cent stock. I understand that small stocks are risky, and I have not put my mortgage money here. I believe that the more you know about any stock you own...the better off you are. I like to do the DD. I'm a regular poster here at BANY and also at one other thread. I buy and hold.

BANY makes hardcases for laptop computers. DoubleCase is the brand name. There are about 10 different cases that have different features and options. BANY sells these cases directly, through catalogs, over the internet, chain stores, government schedules, etc. They have a new office in London, and their main facility in Colorado Springs. They are a small company. I have never been there....but another longtime poster on the BANY thread has. He has since increased his holdings quite a bit.

All of the recent company announcements can be found by punching up BANY on the Yahoo stock site....And the PR guy Scott Sitra is very easy to talk to and will be happy to send information. BANY has several projects in the works that are interesting. All seem to be coming along well. They are all discussed, along with the company's anger over believed short selling of their stock...in these press releases. Any new investor or potential investor should read these press releases.

I requested share count numbers from the PR firm. I got the most recent figures they could supply just a few hours ago. These are approximate.....The rights shares talked about are going to insiders and friendlys...with 1/2 of them being restricted. I'm not worried about them.

The official share count I have 7,496,879 with approximately 3.1
million in the float. It is important to note that about half of
those shares -- the results of the Rights exercising -- have not been
issued by the transfer agent. While those shares should be issued
shortly they will still be issued in certificate form. Hence, at the
present moment, there is truly only about 1.7 million "free trading"
shares out there in the float. I think this is a very important fact
to keep in mind considering recent trading activities and near-term
trading prospects.

OK......

On the BANY thread, there are a bunch of longs. Some have lots of shares some have less. I believe that there are several longterm holders holding a combined 500,000 shares......almost all of which is in street name. I'm fairly certain that these shares were purchased in small lots over a time when the volume on BANY was very low....and the stock got cut in half.....Anyhow.... If you add up the other smaller holders on Playin's list....I believe you will find another 200,000 shares long....some in certificate form, some not.

This is just from the BANY thread, folks....and does not include any of the holders outside of the BANY thread...or any of those who may have bought Monday or today. There are other large holders that I think that we know of......I feel we have an idea of their holdings because we have calculated the rights shares exercised and subtracted the shares we are certain are in the hands of the BANY management. Right share recipients are shareholders from way back. The number here is .........over 400,000......IMO.

This should give us a good base of information to go on as far as how "tight" the supply of BANY stock is. It is fun to speculate whether there is a huge short position in BANY stock. There are lots of tea leaves to read. I think there is a large short position......I think my shares were shorted to me.....and I think several other large holders feel the same way.

More important, are the near and long term prospects for BANY as a company. I think BANY stock will rise quite a bit over the next few months on the fundamental merits of programs in progress. I don't believe BANY has had much of a following........until now.

Best of luck to all BANY longs.
I believe we own an exciting little stock.
