Slim,

The last runup was oct-nov.The price slowly came back down? Don't you think alot of the people at the top sold for atax loss?

Slim, as for determining "fair value" I use the same approach that I've seen for the sale of small business will little in assets but decent cash flow. 1.5xsales/issued shares. 3.3millionx1.5/16.5million= 30 cents
Factoring Danielle that becomes 10millionx1.5/16.5million= 90 cents

Based on earnings per share @ 10-20x earnings
$0.02x10=20 cents to $0.02x20=40 cents

So right now my value for AWLT is between $0.2 and $0.9 leaning towards the $0.90 providing financials when audited and released are similar in value to unaudited numbers.

A year from now is where I expect the "good stuff", $0.10 per share should be attainable, and at 10-20 times earnings that would be $1-2 per share. With sales remaining in $10million range the lower end could still be 90 cents. So for '99 I look for October prices to be about 10x todays price.

The stockstowatch.com article suggests 3-3x's my guesstimate.

Clearly, the price will be determined by the market place and will be based on bottom line success. With Frank at the helm and guys like Matt working 80 hours a week it will take a major conspiracy of events to stop our stock from attaining these levels this century! IMHO

Slim, you hit the nail right on the head! I am one of stockholders that got caught up by one of the hypsters. I dumped a load in the stock between .34 to .42 . I have thought several times of dumping this dog in the past 60 days and take a loss. But then I just happened to look up awlt on SI never thinking I would find anything and here you guys were. I've been lurking ever since along with a couple of my buddies. After reading all your posts I have decided to stay in for the long run, even though one of my friends took a loss and dumped his holdings during the past run up around .25 . Looking forward to the party!

Glenn

Slim, from the past. COPY OF NOTE FROM A PRIOR POST

"We'd like everyone to evaluate us on our performance over time: ignore everyone's hype; and even ignore our battered stock price.ÿ Someday, we can only hope it is soon, it should be back above the $1.00 level where it belongs (in our opinion) -- perhaps after the short sellers get sufficiently burned playing with us.
