David...Your scenario works for me, but here's the 64 cent question: If the subcontracting is to IDX, why do you suppose we lowly investors can't know about it? This isn't some dinky-don't-bother-to-mention-it deal. Ah...but when I think of the first call earnings estimate, I think surprise. And when I think surprise, I think why tell me? I hate a surprise that isn't. Cheers - Jean

P.S. Brad - Would it make you a little happier to know that most of my so-called investments are currently glowing red? As my students say, spelling doesn't count, does it?

Talked to PR firm and while they feel that all is going well there was no indication from them that
something big was about to happen. As a matter of fact they claim that rummors are flying but there
are no grounds for them. While I hope your right I think the stock is telling the real story.
