I'm no expert in mining, but I am not too bad with numbers and logic. This press release is quite impressive and the terms seem extremely favourable to MGM. Ray, my hat is off to you for a very savy negotiation. The market is in one of its moods like a prolonged menstrual cycle. Eventually, the cramps will go away and she will feel better. It is then that they will realize that this stock is the proverbial gift horse. I am looking the gift horse square in the smacker. And I am going to ready the coffers to purchase this stock at the bargain basement price. Hoping it goes down further to facilitate my interests but knowing that this stock is a steal already. Skelly, you have any comments to add?
