Xanax,

I think it is going to be tough to make any money at >50-100 bucks on each stock<. For one thing, commissions are going to eat up most of your profits on such small trades.

My experience (small as it is) is that most pennies are roller coasters that tend to drift up or down long term. Remember that MOST businesses fail in their early years and that survival is a prerequisite for success. Most pennies are fighting just to survive. That is just to do their stated business, when you throw in MMs, momentum players, daytraders, hypesters (including some newsletters) and impatient shareholders it becomes very difficult indeed.

As far as ADGI goes, it MAY have established a new base around 4›. IF they can come up with revenues and contracts, they will have a chance. If I didn't think they had a fairly good chance, I would have sold all my shares and moved on.

One thing you need to do is define your terms, at least for yourself. What do you mean by long term? (internet long term - is a few weeks <> market long term - several years) short term?( internet - less than a week <> market - less than a year) Also, what are your goals, are they realistic, and what is your approach? (investor/trader)

Best of luck,
George
