But you've already enjoyed somewhat of a ride upward. Therefore it's easier for you to be more conservative than others who wish to get in prospectively. At about $50 per lot I would assume most anyone could get in. We're in the same stalemate right now as we were before the first Wired article. Just waiting for something to happen. If NETZ takes shape it will also rise to a new level farily quickly. Until then everyone with strong nerves is free to step into the elevator anytime. It's still your basic DD crap shoot - kick the tyres (if you can find them), talk to people, read tea leaves, make up your mind and possibly go for it.
