Sales are declining right now due to switch to software from
hardware but earnings are not declining. They are increasing.

Your post appears as though it has a motive behind it. If you followed this company, you wouldn't be as clueless as you appear.

With all due respect,

1st, this stock is up over 20% since it's latest bottom test in the 1 3/4s range. This is a $2 stock and not some large cap. In case you haven't noticed, most small caps are lagging the market.

2nd, the company is in the process of a turnaround and also in the process of retooling for the future. Those who expect big things are getting way ahead of themselves,IMO. If you don't have the patience to wait out this company's story, then I strongly suggest you move on. Management is very pleased with the changes they have made and, as Ken stated earlier today, earnings are increasing. To me, this is the bottom line. To me, this is substantial.

3rd, I just don't see where this company has been *hyping*. Forward looking statements are ALWAYS suspect, which is why every press release has the obligatory paragraph.

If you don't have faith in this company I suggest you move on. I have sold off a number of small cap stocks recently, taking a loss on a couple of them, because I believe they will be dead in the water for at least a few weeks to months. Momentum is NOT on the side of small cap stocks right now. We have seen CCUR do better during market selloffs and I would expect this to continue until some major fundamental change occurs.

If you want Momentum, I strongly suggest you look into BOCI tomorrow, as today's move was spectacular. Another little company is XION who was crushed a few months ago and has started to trend upward.

Move on or have patience. I wish you well in your decision.

JMHO,
Michael

SBJMA,

You can blame wall street! IMO CCUR management is executing their VOD plan. Wall Street will eventually reward CCUR shareholders. Just because the many stock indexes are making new highs does not mean CCUR should make new highs or any gains. CCUR is not a mutual fund, it trades on its own merit / future potential.

What do you think management should do to enhance shareholder value?

They have purchased shares (@ approximately 1 3/4) (which is very positive) and they did not sell any during the last run-up to the 3 1/2 area.

IMO CCUR has a lot of potential if you are patient enough to let the plan unfold.

Milt
