As I was told by an investigator from the State, "the wheels of justice turn, but they turn slowly!" I'm confident that when the wheels make a full revolution, there will be more than one rat left for roadkill. Even mega-rehearsals won't change the facts; these rehearsals only permit the guilty opportunities to rationalize their deeds and perhaps come to terms with what they have done! I was very impressed with how much the SEC searched for FACT; they wanted only information we could prove. When they asked a question, their common response was "where is the documentation to substantiate this?" Initially this seemed unreasonable. There was so much I had a sense for, but did not know exactly how it all fit together. It was a little disheartening to be cut-off in the middle of a story when you was trying to answer their questions to the best of your ability. I still do not have all the answers, hopefully they will come out in the future. Hopefully.....we'll see. Ken
