Craig, In regard to your questions, I have not seen a press release regarding Brocade and Sun but that seems to be the general assumption around here, but at least one person thinks Sun may develop their own switch. There also seems to be little hope that Sun will be any type of reseller for Ancor products. As for other OEMs, the next big one coming up is HWP. There is also Unisys, IBM, and COMPAQ down the road, but my feeling is if they also lose HWP, its going to be a very long night for Ancor stock. OFF TOPIC Whats the story with the Legal Defense Fund. I recall you recommended a short of FIBR so I assume it is related to that. However that alone does not seem to warrant a lawsuit. Art
