Ya did you read what this character talked about at the conference? Read the Calagary herold story under Crystallex at stockhouse. He talked about the amount of jobs being affected.

I forget who posted this idea last night but they were right when they said he was simply doing this to be the "defender of the poor" in order to get re-elected.

I guess this does make Venezuela look bad... almost like the government in Indonesia.

It appears evident that Acosta is on a campaign in Nord America
to win favour for the Dome case and has picked his time well to hit the high notes. He has found allies in a VSE group that sees blood and money in an attack. Nothing new here. The substance allegations are getting confused because he isn't even talking about LC 4 and 6. He is talking about a previous concession that he "knows" they "never had title to". That would be difficult, since no one but a VZ corporation can have title to the ground. BUT the Santa Elena is NOW in the KRY fold with a newly reconstituted deal. (Since there was money paid at one time before the Eurus deal it must have SEEMED to be a deal then too) (And St Elena is 1.4 million ounces probable!) So his point is really moot. It's a smear campaign but it might point to a COPEI, Christian Socialist attempt at a coalition in the next election, which he is campaigning for Offshore.

He can do nada absoludad about a KRY win in Supreme Court. Bleat and scheme, that is all.

Where will it all go? Well I think it might go many ways but to bet on Dome now seems weak. They don't have a good case. CVG is on weak legs now too. The only hope of the opposition is to stick it to the entire Imataca which they DON'T want to do to a man, Acosta likewise, or win a completely corrupt election.

Tough call.

Thing is Acosta is NOT an VZ gov't offical. Neither is Ynaty of CVG and the real officials are quiet.

Reuters and Bloomberg seem to get the news a bit skewed. Somebody picking up stock?

Let the court speak.
