Another way I knew there was an attempt to manipulate the stock was the way Rehtorik would respond or not respond to email. Because I received the email, I kinda felt obligated to make sure it was answered. Rehtorik would only answer it when he was ready--even if the questions were valid. And, instead of giving the investors who had written the courtesy of a reply, he would permit people like Jeff Silverman to "leak" the answers out whenever he wanted the stock to climb. While this made Mr. Smart Investor seem to know what was up, it made my job very difficult. I honestly hated to take phone calls / email from people who wanted answers to what I felt was reasonable questions. Specifically, I remember numerous people writing in about the 5 percent dividend promised in the early part of the year. We received numerous emails, but Rehtorik would just ignore them. Ken

Ken, I am very interested that you are so definite that "our favorite journalist" wrote the "youthful indiscretion" news release for GIFS. He personally denied authoring this to me. If this is the case, I don't understand why he hasn't been subpoenaed already independently given that you claim there exists significant evidence of wrongdoing, or at least a conflict of interest. It's been almost a full year and I know the wheels of justice don't move THAT slowly.... :0) This is the linchpin to this case and doesn't even require Zayed's presence to be investigated. Rhetorik would have knowledge of this and would have likely been intimately involved in the publication of that news release and of its author. This is what I just don't understand. Why the investigative delay towards our favorite journalist?? So far as I know, he hasn't even been questioned by authorities in this case. As for IRI's GIFS stock or its current or past BOD. I have no further credible knowledge. Regards, Ron
