Earlie, The other interesting thing to look for in the 10k's are subtle changes in the wording (shading the meaning) for one 10k/10Q to the next. Herb Greenberg mentioned that he appreciates hearing of situations like this. Mu is always exactly truthful in their statements (sort of like Clinton's legalese meaning when he used the term "sexual relationship") and you have to read between the lines as to what they are really saying. For example Kips famous "demand is strong" statement. I mean how can you argue with "demand is strong"???? Kathleen
