Yes, that's the whole article. IBD= Investor's Business Daily, a financial paper published on the West Coast, I believe.

ADSL = Asymmetrical Digital Subscriber Line, a highspeed transport system for copper wires. For a quick tutorial, go to:

or

alcatel.com and do ADSL search. They have the best white paper of any.
