Robert, there a few mining companies which we call the desert dirt's. CHIP, GPGI, IPMCF, MGAU, MXAM, NAXOF, and USPS are some of the players. There are threads on SI for each of these companies. Ask any owner of these stocks and they will tell you theirs the best which will make you rich. There is lots of promise and possibility, but none are currently producing economically. Some think that this whole group are scams, or at best just paper stock plays. Others even believe that pigs can fly. Some actually think it's the new age in precious metal mining. The truth is probably somewhere in the middle. Any one of these companies that proves what they profess will make their investors very rich. Greed and fear in the extreme, very speculative. I assume that you are just interested in the dirt's? There are the major and junior miners that have more certainty and stability. Many of those companies are also on SI. I even started a thread for gold mutual funds for the weak of heart: exchange2000.com
