I find both to be very positive (Michael's write-up and the release), this particular release appears to me to be written as an appetizer for the detailed version which will obviously have to follow once things are completed.

With regards to Alamo, although Michael thought it was a positive, (certainly at the time) the reason for the positive view was the diversification and the change of what type of a market would affect it. This new deal does that as well and also would have a much more significant impact on WRN's economies of scale. So if selling Alamo to generate the cash to complete this deal, is what winds up being done, it's probably well worth it.

Be glad we have a small piece of the company that has done well enough that it is a saleable commodity, if sold it will still have benefitted the company significantly by it's existance.

Salut,
Leigh McBain
