Well Gunther a lot of good guys don't post much here anymore but they are still around. The stock I always believed has never matured because the business plan is still being implemented.
Ftel went from a channel bank company and a good one to a far fetched idea of becoming an ITSP.With knowledgeable people and a CEO with the
will and the forsight they developed a business plan that totally changed the direction of this company. They also BTW invented their own DVG the tempest. Gunther I don't usually make predictions but we are not far from being a profitable ITSP regardless if we have millions of dollars of sales of Tempest or not.The Alliance Of Next Gen Partners that you refer to with VocalTec are making Very good money. There is no reason to believe that fnet will not succeed as an ITSP with an attitude.Back to my predictions.Fnet will ipo before the summer ends.
Will level off at start to 19 per share. Will soon climb to over 23.
Ftel will be lower likely level off at 11.By end of 99 FNET will have become a sucessful ITSP and revenue will be very positive.

Gunther:

Chinese water torture?! Ha!, I used that same term in talking to
Helen today! Funny, when things look the bleakest, FTEL's future
is brighter than ever. I know, I hate this too, but I believe
that getting listed will be the start of a real rocket launch in
our stock.

When speaking with Helen today, Franklin is going to be participating in another CT expo...(sorry, I forgot the date and
location)...but they were chosen, along with 5 other companies
(Micom, Intertel, Vocaltech and 2 others I forgot) to participate
in some type of IT gateway demo/workshop at this expo (sorry, I
also forgot the exact description of this event at this CT show,
since I didn't take notes) But anyway, Franklin is included with
5 other companies as the leaders in this field and will be
highlighted as this show and will be demoing the Tempest.

Also, apparently, something very significant happened today, of
which I was given no details, but which we will be hearing details
of within 3 to 4 weeks. However, I believe that some significant
events will be occurring before this, within the next 2 weeks.

I know, all of this sounds like hearsay, but things are starting
to heat up. We just have to get thru this period of the Meyerson
related sellers. I think we are very oversold, and any tidbit of
significant news will put us back on the launchpad. Remember, look
at the charts for IDTC and Vocaltech. We will duplicate that, and
probably when everyone is least expecting it.

Hang tough everyone and nibble away if you can!

PS: All of the regulars are still around. Trust me on that, I
speak to the most respected on this board on a weekly basis.
Everyone is just waiting to come back and declare victory at the
appropriate time.

May 3rd?

I'll be vindicated before that.

Can we all just agree to agree?

Ha!
You hit the nail on the head mate! As a lurker who has FTEL shares and has also just joined SI on the trial, I heartily concur with your sentiments.
There's always been a lot of bickering and petti-mindedness on this thread, but the bottom line is that I thought FTEL was going places. Now I'm not so sure it's going to the right place! Remember, FTEL was around $1.5 or so a year ago - there's no reason why it should go there again. Heck, there's no reason why it shouldn't disappear entirely. But I hope not, or else I've lost a heap of dosh!

I've never believed the Cheer-Leader types on this thread who keep predicting $20+ prices for FTEL - especially when they are so vitriolic and ascerbic in their criticism of other people. However, FTEL has got a good product hasn't it? Maybe it's just the management that's bad? They certainly seem pretty inept at Public Relations!

Anyway, I'll let you know when I sell because the stock is sure to start it's long heralded meteroic rise as soon as I do!

cheers,
Norm
