A 20% gain since Monday and a 55% gain since the begining of March. New buyers keep pouring in while previous holders are now getting out. The pace is definitely quickening, getting towards frenzy status. If it wasn't for a 6 point cushion, I definitely would be climbing the walls right now. Whew!

I agree. The recently acquired contracts will be exceptional and will open doors to others. More news/contracts are in the works and may well be announced before the end of May. Don't give up on this one anytime soon. While APCO may pull back to high $11's in the very short term with profit taking - this one will be in mid to high teens before you know it. I still say this one will be at $20 by year end and possibly even within in 6-7 months. Ain't no question.
