There was an INSTINET trade at 17:00:09 for 131,000 shs at 34 27/64. This is below the closing bid of 34 3/4. With INSTINET it is very difficult to tell if it was a buy or a sell. For those that don't know, INSTINET is actually a separate SEC registered stock market. Subscribers, generally institutions, can trade openly amongst one another. It is not nearly as liquid as the normal markets and there are no Market Makers, Specialists, etc...

INSTINET trading can fluctuate wildly due to the general illiquidity. The trade doesn't concern me one way or the other... I bought 80 Apr 40 calls right near the open. I think we will see a nice rebound over the next couple weeks. Now that the herds have run off the cliff, cooler heads will prevail and realize things really ain't so bad.
