Thanks for the info on TXN dram.
Queston:
Do you think TXN will spend the money for
64Meg SDRAM ? Or just play the 16Meg as long as they can ?

MU's conference call said it's 16Meg will peak this month
Mar 1998. After that 64Meg SDRAM will take over by end of
Dec 1998.

Thanks for the close-up look at TI's DRAM situation. As they transition from memory to DSPs, I suspect they'll have a couple rough quarters. Reinventing yourself can't be easy.
