I tried to call Paul today and he was in a meeting. So, it sounds as if he confessed that he gifted himself, his wife and his friends with a 30% share of NPCT. I don't understand how he can do that. He doesn't own INCE nor is he a majority shareholder. I am puzzled as to how the SEC would allow this. I would appreciate hearing from anyone familiar with SEC regulations. I know there are a lot of scams in BB stocks, but they are usually a little more subtle.
