Disaggregated Book to Bill.

February total semi book-to-bill ratio declined to .92 from .93 in January (revised down from .94), and the front-end btb ratio increased from .89 from .87 (revised down from .89). Total shipments of semiconductor equipment were down 3.9% sequentially, and orders fell 5.4%. Front-end shipments fell 6.7% and front end orders were off 5%.

Test/assembly came in at .98, down from 1.09 in January. Orders in February declined 6% from January levels, following a 6% decline in January. Shipments in February increased 4%, versus a decline of 4% in January. Order levels are still 35% above those reported a year ago.
