I have also talked with TALH. They do seem to give the same info, but I do think that the will probably get their money very soon.

I do not clam to know everything that they are involved in, but I can only think that this comp is going to set things on fire very soon.

If TALH has not made an announcement in the next two weeks I will become very short in this company and take the punishment that can come hand in hand with penny stocks.

Remember, comp like this one will one day be the craz of the market, hold on as long as you can, sh%^% just throw the stock in a box and look it up in six months, you may be glad you did.

This message is directed to anyone who invested money directly to Norka, Webco, Transmillenium, Mirage Materials or Opact or any other entity that falls under the TALH umbrella.

There is currently legal action being taken against employees of TALH. In May of 1996 a group of investors made a "bridge loan" to Mr. Hickman for shares in a subsidiary of Mirage Materials named Opact. The shares were to be distributed within 45 days of receipt of the loaned money. To this day no shares have been issued.

If you have made similar investments to Mr. Hickman, whether it be a "bridge loan" to Opact, Transmillenium or Webco, or if you have rescinded your Norka "voluntary agreement" and have yet to receive your payment, I will soon post an address and phone number of Akron-based legal representation that is working to get us some answers.

At this point, all we want are straight answers. A pre-hearing deposition can be issued that will order a representative of TALH to answer our questions in a court or law, or face a contempt of court charge.

Please forward this posting to any concerned parties.
