To all: Earlier on this thread I mentioned that I never thought it made sense to have this company headquartered in Vancouver. I realize the company was originally chartered in Canada but JJ is no longer at the helm (a Graystone reference) and the stock no longer trades on a Canadian exchange. Many shareholders are in the US and Franklin Lake is in the US. Since the company is currently going through a reorganization of sorts, why not move the headquarters to Nevada. I would suggest Reno is a good location. Nevada is an enviro sensible, mining friendly state. Direct management of the site by the officers of the compnay will be easier. The company will dissociate itself from the negative connotations of the Canadian exchange problems. The tax and business structure are much more friendly in Nevada. No one will care about David Baines attacks on the company. We are making a fresh start it seems, why not do it in a new location as well. I'd like to solicit your opinions (positive and negative) . JLA
