If they can get some financing before trading, maybe it will settle around .25, after the bounce. I can't imagine any company wanting to finance until they see where we settle, unless it is at .15 of course, the minimum.

Greetings Anthenius
The whole rollback has me greatly puzzled. The talk is about a financing o go allong with it.If the rollback happens before trading
when the stock opens there would be 3 mil outstanding even if it opened at $1 within days if not hours the stock would be t .40.a finannacing even at this level would obtain very little cash as i
believe that there are limits based on the # of outstanding shares
for the # of shares that can be issued under a pp.Imagine if the possible happens and the stock drops to .20 without restrictions a 2 mill pp at .20 would net 400,000 but that would also be 40% of the co
without a rollback the co would be able to do a pp at no less than .15
even with restrictions a 3 mill pp would net 450,000 givingup less than 20% of the outstanding shares.Something is drastically wrong with
this rollback. The only way that it would work isif a pp was for class b non voting or class c preffered type shares. The class c shares are out as who in there right mind would buy them with a co that already owes 400,000+ before the pp with no income. The sensible thing would be to resume trading and have the rollback or pp after the level of the stock has been found. The co already announced a pp for 3mil at a $1 we saw how that worked when the price dropped who would pay $1 for stock on a pp that they can pick up for .20 on the open market for .20 without a hold.John believes the rollback is to find out where the shares are
i believe the only hares that need to be located are the ones RH has or had and where the option money is.
