Wayne and WOTD (Way Out There Dudes and Dudettes <g>) What we are seeing is MMs walking the price down... I hate to keep pounding on the same old point............ so one last time and then never again

We are much better off than March 1, even though the price is not reflecting this... do some quick math 135 million shares traded in 12 to 15 days WITH NO price movement... yet the MMs are quick to DROP the price on the SMALLEST volume day of all these big volume days, with some VERY SMALL sell offs. THIS IS CLEAR AND PURE MM MANIPULATION

The MMs are CROSS TRADING BELOW THE BID AND WALKING THE PRICE DOWN...

Yeah it is true Reg S sticks to a company like "gum to a shoe" but do we recall some of Jack Arnold's meetings with investors to try and Remove the Reg S issue?
Well what if they were a few days late, and missed "surgically" removing the Reg S from the float?

So what if these investors bought it back from the open market? Hmmmmm
is that so far fetched? Well Jack Arnold has proven time and time again he is more than capable to guide the company through this merger, so what if these investors believe in him also.... just like us?

Any of the "old timers" recall the European connection out of Luxemberg... they backed CVIA once maybe they stepped up and did it again... what if Jack Arnold too $50k or $100k and bought some stock back and put it into the company treasury? (From my past contacts with Mr Arnold, I would not be surprised if this has happened.)Or what about WOTD backers, managers and their families, maybe they bought a few shares?

Maybe this is all off base and far fetched speculation on my part... but for sure some one or some people have accumulated a boatload of this stock.

The BB MMs are NOT going to make this easy, they are not in the biz to cut you a break or do any favors... they thrive on scaring you out of your money... so PLAN on them Walking down the price, unless buying pressure makes it impossible to do this.

As for as being back where we started... no way shape or form, but if you think CVIA is back were it started from or has lost momentum, thats fine.... Sell now because unless something really unusual happens the MMs are going to walk the price down COUNT ON IT.... But then again after all this accumulation, I do not think you will see widespread selling for some time to come. Thus reducing the supply and increasing the demand.

Trade whats right for your situation... This is all extremely high risk and there are no guarantees. The Hypesters and flamers will be showing up once we get some upward movement... the kitchen hasnt even got warm yet.

I am only speculating so take all this with a grain of salt.

Oh yeah I have emailed you some quarters Wayne <lol>

Hi Wayne! Indeed, you're being toooo kind (strong character)!!! Lots of room for improvement on my end, I can assure you....

Anyway, re WOTD: I looked through a bunch of past posts and haven't (or else overlooked) the profit margin that WOTD is purported to have: do you guys happen to know? I'll keep searching, and if I find out, I'll post it.

Obviously, it's all over the place that they have revenues of $3.5 million and ARE profitable, but I must have missed 'just HOW profitable.'

If none of us really knows, one way is via Dun and Bradstreet, which issues reports on companies both public and private. Anybody have access to D&B services? I know that for private cos., D&B is told what the private cos. want to tell, but, it's still better than nothing.

While we're waiting for news and the chart to "get lined up" for a run, this info might give us something to do (i.e., try a figure a fair starting price) while we're waiting. I know there are a lot of variables that also contribute to a fair mkt value, but, it might be a starting point...

Any comments, rebuttals, etc. -- all are welcome.

Best of luck to all - Ron
