I just did state two facts: 1)The filings are indecipherable; 2)Mandarin is said to have traded gold rights for shares in HRCT. If you disagree on point one, would you please briefly explain to us befuddled readers the full corporate structure of HRCT. In doing so, be sure to set out simply why HRCTs filings mention entities located or domiciled in about ten countries. If you can do that in 500 words or less, I'm sure Harvard Law School has a scholarship for you! And, of course, I'm not short this penny stock.
