Doug, for what? Revealing Frank's sales or his CFO's proposed sales? For telling what happens if the FNET IPO does not take place? For getting to the fact that if FTEL does not come out as full NASDAQ that the stock probably won't be immediately marginable? For pointing to documents that show the qualifications for full NASDAQ and saying it doesn't look like they can make it? For listing documentation on Form 144's? For pointing out the obvious: That Intrine isn't the type of "major" company that many expected. For pointing out RB's past predictions, or that he appeared to have said recently to sell? For pointing out that Vic and Doug lied when they said I told them I bought shares in FTEL, in spite of my constant, public denials? For pointing out the elk was lying about me harassing him on e-mail and threatening him on e-mail? For documenting the shares Frank Peters does not have any more? For making a Library of FTEL related links on a web site? For pointing out Frank Peter's grammatical errors which one said he wouldn't make? For wondering if Hellen from SI didn't post that inappropriate post? For pointing out that quite a few of the posters in this FTEL thread were involved with NVID which is in great legal trouble now? For tracking the Officer's past statements and pointing out some of the things they've said in the past ( like FNET to IPO in 1997)? For pointing out that the Intrine sales haven't come, though that, too, was a great reason to celebrate for a short time, and that many sold on that news? For asking whatever happened to the 1-800 number for the internet after the old company was shut down because of ATT? For pointing out that they are in litigation with ATT? For pointing out the small amount of revenues they have per quarter? For pointing out that the last two quarters revenues were lower than those in the corresponding quarter the year before? For documenting what the company earned each quarter, and year, since I did not find that information on their web site? For cautioning people about small cap stocks and what to look out for via Stock Detective articles, etc.? For saying I don't expect the sales to come, as many expect, because of the nature of a number of past press releases and what didn't result from them? For pointing out that RB had 80,000 shares of FTEL? For saying that I am waiting to see if a storm of sales comes by June 30, 1998, since by then the demos will have been out for a while? For saying that FTEL reminds me of RACE? For pointing out how others, like me, appear to have been harassed off the FTEL thread (i.e. Aytin)? For mixing facts up from time to time because many of the issues I'm trying to talk about on this thread are confusing and easy to get wrong or mixed up? For correcting my mistakes when I make mistakes as I'm only interested in understanding this company fully and portraying it fairly? For what will I be sued? For being patient with all the names I am called on this thread? For putting up with a barb by Hellen which she then says she didn't do, but also didn't apologize for? For being amicable enough to change things I have on my web site at the request of some people on this thread, though they treat me rudely? For offering to include links, etc., that any FTEL bull would like me to include? For including a link to L_L's web site on my personal web site when most web sites desire extra exposure? For what will one sue me for? I could document hundreds of mistakes by others on this thread (though I haven't actually counted). I have never had any financial position in FTEL. I have never intentionally misrepresented FTEL. I wish FTEL the best, though I doubt many things about the company. I am here because I chose to be. It is my right, just like it is yours. I plan to make a list like this with documentation to each point I made. I'm sure there are many other points I've made in the past; I'll include them as I go over my many pages of notes which are based on things said on this thread. VALUESPEC

Here's some extra details, Doug, relating to that show. It will be set up by CTI (competitor of Computer Telephony) in Baltimore May 20-21, it is an Internet Telephony Learning Centre, 6 companies have been invited (FTEL, Vienna, InterTel, OKI, Microm, VocalTech) and it is strictly focused on internet telephony. Helen tested the competition at the March 3-5 show and found FTEL's quality and features superior. In fact, using VocalTech's demo phones she phoned her Mother in Memphis and her voice was not recognized (the running joke is to use VocalTech for making obscene phone calls because the listener will not recognized you!) The volume of evaluation units out being tested is high (not counted as sales til there are follow-up orders), a steady stream of small orders of DVGs, business plan is in the hands of potential underwriters, over a million shares have been sold by Myerson and its principals with approximately 300,000 warrants remaining to be converted (takes 2-3 weeks to apply for conversion and for conversion to actually occur. No applications have as of this date been made for conversion of these remaining warrants), 8 cities (cities is the word) have the DVGs placed with ten more in motion (each site varies in time for install), expect to have all placed in the next 4-6 weeks. General attitude is the process is going as expected but a little slower than scheduled. Also, the last 84,500 shares traded today (123,100 total) have been buys or mids and the MMs haven't moved the ask up. Any comments?? Darrel Orpen
