Hello Michael- I am not sure how to send a message to the entire group requesting help so I chose to respond to message you sent to someone else. I would appreciate a little help with writing cc's or anyone who would like to answer. Needless to say I am inexperienced and I have several questions about the whole process.

1. If I write a call (market or limit) and for whatever reason it's not filled, will I still get charged?

2. Assuming my order is filled, and later I get called out, will I get charged a second time for selling my shares to the call buyer?

3. How soon after a stock price move do option premiums change?

4. Does anyone have any comments on Scottrade? They seem to be the most reasonable when it comes to option commisions.
