Guess SI'ers are migrating to Yahoo. More posts, but more knuckleheads also. Tecktronix has goosed the instrument and test portion of cap-ex. Witness KLAC. After the run-up of cap-ex as a whole, then the retreat, I believe the sector will start diverging into front-end, back, packaging, etc. different lines. Klic is in an enviable position here as the new 8086 bonder is a hit and orders are rolling in this Q with their associated margin improvement. Never mind FCT and revolutionizing the high labor intensive back-end through automation. The next month may be a nail-biter, but earnings will jolt the street into the realization that all cap-equip players are not created equal. The present seems good and the future excellent.jh
