As Zak says he is erring on the side of caution.
As for me I wouldn't bring it to Joe's attention for shorting purposes. On the contrary, IF he deemed it a viable play I believe he would rather enjoy busting some shorts... especially those of a stand-up company.
You don't know me from Adam... and I don't know you. Guess that means we'll just have to trust one another for the time being.

I have been with Tokyo a long time and I can't remember
the last time he had his group short a stock, let alone
a BB like this.
